PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Class Payment Policy: We accept payment via credit, cash, cheque or INTERAC e-transfer. Payment is due in full upon registration. We are unable to hold spots in our programs without payment in full. Once a program is full, we can place you on a waiting list should there be any cancellations. All registrations are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable administration fee.
Program Refund Policy: Students who choose to withraw before or after attending the first class must notify the studio in writing the day after the first class. Tuition will be refunded less a $25.00 administration fee. NO refunds or credits will be provided after the first week of classes.
What is the age range of actors/students at the studio?
MAS ACTING STUDIOS provides on camera, modelling and voice-over training for children [4-7], Pre-Teens (8- 12), Teenagers (13 - 17) and Adults (18+).
Do I need to have previous training or experience to study at
MAS ACTING STUDIOS?
No. Our courses are designed for actors and models of all levels.
Is MAS ACTING STUDIOS affiliated with any talent agencies?
No. Our studio provides services and training to all actors/models regardless of their representation.
What am I required to bring to class?
All actors are required to bring to each class a minimum 8 GB SD card to document the progress and development of their work. Note taking and review of material is reccomended.
My child is enrolled at MAS Acting Studios. May I sit in on one of their classes?
No. For the privacy of the other students MAS Acting Studios operates under a closed-door policy. Each student will be provided with their taped scenes on their SD card for review outside of class.
What is the atmosphere at MAS ACTING STUDIOS?
The studio is set up to reflect a professional actor's environment. Students will realize the intense nature of auditions, as well as have an open platform to express their talent, thoughts, and creativity. We believe that it is beneficial for actors to have a safe place to apply one's craft.
How is it determined whether you start in a level 1, 2 or 3 class?
Depending on your training, experience and comfort, we will offer you the class most beneficial to your acting needs.
How do you advance from level to level?
There is no set time limit for progression through the course levels. Your confidence and comfort level, along with the studio director's guidance, will determine when it is time to take the next step.
